Appalachian Swamp Rock

Influenced by the likes of Bob Dylan, The Band, Tom Petty and Jay Farrar, of Uncle Tupelo and Sun Volt fame, Crookneck Chandler and the Tibbee Bottom Boys’ sound is like an alcohol-fueled jam session with Elvis Presley, George Jones and the Grateful Dead.”

25 Years of Experience!

“Hank is a model for how artists can help transform communities.”

“During his years in Northeast Ohio, he has organized exceptionally popular entertainment programs from the ground up and helped others organize theirs. He is smart, resourceful, and extremely giving. “

“Hank is a prolific and wide-ranging performer.  He writes music and plays many instruments.  He is a bandleader, humorist, storyteller—but, most of all, a master producer.”

“When Broadway Public Art decided to launch the Sunday Evening Concerts at Mill Creek Falls (our city’s highest, most historic waterfall), it was Hank Mallery who taught us how.”

Charles Gliha

Coordinator/Broadway Public Art
